What's Up Doc cocktail
- 50ml Four Pillars Spice Trade Gin
- 30ml carrot ‘lime’
- 50ml Szechuan pepper/Dorrigo pepper coconut milk
- 10ml simple syrup
- 2 dashes of saline
- 2 drops smoked grapefruit oil
Clarify and serve the drink cold in a chilled cocktail glass, no ice.
