Cookie Old Fashioned recipe

Ingredients

• 50ml Butter washed Archie rose double malt
• 1 barspoon cookie syrup
• 1 barspoon amontillado sherry
• 1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters

Instructions

1. Stir down with ice in a mixing glass.
2. Strain over a block of ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a cookie.
