Watermelon & Aloe, San Juan - Puerto Rico
- 30ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
- 10ml Aperol
- 35ml aloe bera & watermelon cordial
- 5 dashes 10% salt water
- 75ml filtered water
- Batch all ingredients and carbonate.
What was the inspiration behind this drink?
We loosely based this drink on a watermelon Bacardi Breezer, a blast from my past.
How does it taste, and why does it work for you?
It’s super juicy! Bacardi Carta Blanca and Aperol are the back bone of the drink with a light bright watermelon & aloe cordial balanced with filtered water and acids.
Can you briefly describe the techniques behind the drink?
This is a super simple drink. We filter and clarify all the individual elements then add dilution and force carbonate.
