What a night that was! Last week the best bartenders and operators in NSW got down to The Trocadero Room in Enmore to celebrate the third annual Boothby Best Bars NSW awards.
It was wonderful to see so many people, from Sydney, the Gong, Newcastle and beyond in the room and enjoying themselves — thank you to everyone who made it down.
On the night, we counted down the 50 best bars in New South Wales — as voted by bartenders — and awarded seven major titles along the way:
the NSW All Time Great presented by Club Suntory;
the Best Bar Eats in NSW presented by Estrella Damm;
Person of the Year NSW presented by Jack Daniel’s Bonded;
the Best New Bar in NSW presented by Angel’s Envy;
Best Hospitality Team NSW presented by Perrier;
Best Cocktail Bar in NSW presented by Ilegal Mezcal;
