The annual caravan of The World’s 50 Best Bars has taken over Hong Kong this past week, with scores of takeovers, guest shifts, and brand events taking place around the city. And there’s a sizeable Australian contingent here, with bartenders from The Waratah, Byrdi, Old Love’s, Cantina OK!, One or Two, and Above Board all dishing out drinks to bartenders from around the world.
