Recipe makes approx. 25 serves
- 600ml Green Crème de Menthe
- 300ml Green Chartreuse
- 200ml Branca Menta
- 100ml Verjus
- 300ml Peppermint Tea
Clarify ingredients through a mix of 500ml White Chocolate Mozart, 150g vanilla ice cream, 100ml whole milk.
Garnish with a Shard of Tempered white chocolate flavoured with Peppermint Oil and Green Crème de Menthe.
