This drink comes to us from Melbourne bar, One Or Two, and from bartenders Jess Iro and Andy Chu.
The drinks ask “all about apples,” says Chu, to “maximise the use of what an apple can provide and make it fun!”

- 30ml Christian Drouin Calvados
- 20ml Fuji-shu ( Fuji-sake)
- 5ml Le Birlou
- 5ml Verjus
- 25ml Rosehip Tea
- 2.5ml Apple Syrup
Carbonated, served over ice.
