A round up of just 10 of the big hospo parties to celebrate Bartenders’ Weekender in style.
Folks, Bartenders’ Weekender is nearly here. We’re getting ready for three days (and a little bit more) of over 35 events (we’ve lost count!) taking place up in Brisbane, one of Australia’s most exciting bar capitals — and there’s loads in store.
There’s lots of education — tickets to the Better Bars Summit are selling fast, so get in quick at the link here — and there are tastings and takeovers aplenty.
And there are, of course, a number of big hospo parties to get stuck into. So here, we’re taking a look at the parties in store, and how you can score an RSVP. Jump on them now though, because there is always limited space, and you want to make sure your schedule is loaded with good times.

Sunday 15th June
3.30pm to 5.30pm: Never Never Rooftop Reve(a)l

8.30pm to 10.30pm: Angel’s Envy heads to the Wild, Wild North — Ramblin’ Rascal Tavern x Frog’s Hollow Saloon Opening Party

After the Boothby Best Bars QLD awards, there’s this post-awards whiskey-fueled clash of Cowboys & Samurai, where Brisbane’s best bartenders trade their trophies for highballs and high scores. Inspired by The Magnificent Seven, this arcade-meets-whiskey event at Brooklyn Standard blends the precision of Samurai, the grit of the Wild West, and the threat of a good time!
