How to make a Rye Breakfast Martini
It's not a Martini, but it is a great drink.

This drink plays off some of the fruitier notes in the whisky, making for a surprisingly delicious riff on Salvatore Calabrese’s modern classic — and gin focused — cocktail. Just don’t overdo the marmalade — you want a lovely balance of marmalade and rye character.







Rye Breakfast Martini
Ingredients:
- 45ml Archie Rose Rye Malt Whisky
- 15ml triple sec
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon orange marmalade
Method:
- Add 45ml of Archie Rose Rye Malt Whisky to your shaker tin.
- Then add in 15ml of triple sec.
- And 30ml of lemon juice.
- Before a barspoon of orange marmalade.
- Stir ingredients to mix in the marmalade until all is dissolved.
- Shake all ingredients.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
