Absinthe Cocktail recipe
Ingredients:
40ml absinthe
10ml pastis (or anisette)
15ml cold water
10ml sugar syrup
A dash of Angostura bitters
A dash of orange bitters
10ml of Aquafab
Method:
Add the absinthe to a shaker tin.
Next, a little sweetness courtesy of pastis.
Pour a little water into the tin.
Add 10ml of sugar syrup.
And dashes of both orange and aromatic bitters.
It's time for the Aquafab.
Shake as you would a Sour or any style.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
