IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AQUAFAB

This drink’s not for everyone, thanks to a large measure of aromatic bitters — something that Baker Jr. acknowledged, writing: “This mild fizz is again like initial olive sampling; either it suits or it doesn’t, and subsequent trials often show sudden shift [sic] to appreciation.”

Method:

  1. Pop a healthy pour of aromatic bitters into your shaker tin.
  2. Next, put the grenadine in.
  3. And the 15ml of cream.
  4. Then add the citrus — 30ml of lime juice.
  5. Then it's time for the Aquafab.
  6. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  7. Strain into a chilled Fizz glass and serve.
