“Perry Davis’ Painkiller was originally a potion of sorts that was peddled in the old west to ‘cure all ailments’ thanks to a mix of herbs, opiates and alcohol,” says the drink’s creator, Liam Murphy. “We took this medicinal style and created a bottled serve based around the ‘Painkiller’ classic cocktail and inspired by Andy Chu’s Blueberry Yogurt [which landed on the 2023 Drink of the Year Top 50].”
