The Bartenders’ Weekender timetable is live

Mark your diaries and book your time off for a long weekend this June.

We’ve already announced the Scholarship program for Bartenders’ Weekender (applications close this Sunday; apply here), and opened up nominations for the second annual Drinks 100 Australia Awards (you can find out more here).

Now, it’s time to reveal the stacked timetable for Bartenders’ Weekender. There are currently 32 events on the schedule, with more to be added, and more details are coming for many events soon.

Also on bartendersweekender.com right now, we’ve secured discounts of between 25% and 30% off accommodation in Adelaide across the event thanks to our partner hotels: the Sofitel Adelaide, Peppers Weymouth, and the Mantra Hindmarsh Square. Make sure you visit bartendersweekender.com and then click through the accommodation links to get the discount, but get in quick before they fill up.

Bartenders’ Weekender will see guest shifts and takeovers from the likes of the world's number one bar in 2025, Bar Leone (thanks to Never Never); Caretaker’s Cottage (19 on The World's 50 Best Bars list) and their new bar, Three Horses; the House of Maybe (including Maybe Sammy, also on the 50 Best list); Sydney bars Old Mate’s Place and Old Love’s, and Sakura House, and Melbourne bars Black Kite Commune, Above Board, and Bar Bellamy and Melitta Next Door.

The Better Bars Summit presented by Monkey Shoulder makes its return, with a new one-day format featuring the finest speakers in the industry — tickets for this go on sale soon. The Boothby Best Bars SA awards will debut for the first time to recognise the bars making Adelaide and South Australia such a vibrant place for drinks right now, and the Drinks 100 Australia Awards Gala will return for its second year, celebrating the 100 people shaping the modern Australian bar and drinks scene, from bartenders and bar owners to distillers, communicators, brand ambassadors and more.

There’s so much on offer in Adelaide at Bartenders’ Weekender this June — not to mention the city’s great bars. So, mark your diaries, get your time off, and book your flights and accommodation — we’ll see you in June.
