If you like your coffee with an a sidecar of alpine amaro in the side, this might be the coffee cocktail you love. Braulio here is shaken with citrus and coffee liqueur and topped with a splash of pilsner, and comes from Luke Kelly and Belinda Linton at Pendant Public House.
“The idea spawned from the Americano Perfecto, but with a bigger body and a coffee alpine kick,” Kelly says.
Czech Spritz recipe
- 1 cucumber slice
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Braulio
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into Spritz Glass over ice, top with 2oz of Stomping Ground Czech Pilsner.
Cucumber Garnish.
