Bar Nova’s Juice Box is a Margarita that is all about mandarin

Here’s a Margarita makes mandarin the star.

“A juicy take on a marg, showcasing the delicious flavour of mandarins,” says the drink’s creator, Brett Nebauer. “Sweet tart, floral & moreish.”

Juice Box

Ingredients:

• 40ml Luna Blanco Tequila
• 10ml fino sherry
• 50ml salted mandarin sherbet

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with shaved mandarin ice.
