Earl’s Juke Joint in Newtown has been a mainstay of good drinking for over a decade now, and it’s drinks like this one — the Pink Pony Club created by Sienna Schroeder, with assistance from Rafi Gonzalez, Dale Schoon, and Vanessa Iliana — that keeps people coming back.

“The Earl’s menu is known for its sturdy classic spin offs with playful references to some legendary songs in the name choice (think Bam Bam, Dr Greenthumb, etc),” says Shroeder. “Rafi and I started thinking the one thing the menu lacked was a drink for the girlies. It needed to be pink, glittery, foamy summery out with the girls for a bev and a boogie. Hence the PPC was born — named to fit in with the song theme but obviously with a pop girly twist from Miss Chappell Roan.”
