At Maybe Sammy you can find a Martini made with the ocean in mind.
“We wanted to bring the documentary series of Our Planet to life,” says Maybe Sammy’s Hunter Gregory of the drink, which was created by Luca Goffredo, “and did so using Australian ingredients focussed on the environment of the ocean and its surroundings.”
Ocean Martini
Ingredients:
- 60ml Haku Vodka
- 15ml samphire brine
- 7.5ml fino sherry
- 7.5ml dry vermouth
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
