Jackalope’s Blues is a nostalgic after-dinner drink

Blues

Here’s an after-dinner drink with Normandy in its bones.

“This drink was created with the idea of my youth in Normandy,” says the drink’s creator, Tanguy Charbonnet. “The idea was to recreate the Café/Calva. [A] drink that is common in France for the end of a dinner.”
