A Melbourne classic gets a French accent.
“I wanted to pay homage to a classic Melbourne cocktail while giving it a French twist through our collaboration with Chartreuse, reflecting the concept of our restaurant, where Australian identity meets French influence,” says the drink’s creator, Elisabetta Luppi.

“I introduced marigold leaves to bring an even stronger Australian touch to the drink, while keeping its iconic green colour and staying true to the essence of the original cocktail.”
