Drinks aren’t consumed in isolation. Where you are when you have that first sip shapes what you taste from the glass: everything matters, the place, the lighting, the furniture and fixtures, the ambience.
Well, the people responsible for how those spaces look — the designers — who conjure this all together are just the people we’re looking to recognise with the Drinks 100 Australia Bar Designer of the Year award.
And we’re looking for nominations for Bar Designer of the Year now! To be eligible, the person or group must have designed a bar that has opened within the last two years (after June 1 2023).
