One Or Two’s Mango Sticky Rice puts a dessert in a glass

There’s good things to drink at One Or Two.

“Always looking for some fun time,” says the drink’s creator, Andy Chu. “Can’t take one of the best desserts in the world out of our delicate cocktail world!”

Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients:

• 30ml gin
• 15ml Archie Rose Sugar Cane
• 20ml Mr Black
• 20ml Husk Coconut Rum
• 30ml clarified mango
• mango yoghurt mix
• 5ml lemon juice

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
2. Filter.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
